Compresses PDFs from the Explorer right-click menu, with no window. Ghostscript bundled, Windows 7 compatible.

It runs in the background, writes the result beside the original with its own suffix and never overwrites the source — if the output is not smaller, it is discarded. This is the first version of the idea that became PDFClick, and it exists for what the other one cannot do: it targets .NET Framework 4.7.2, which ships with Windows, so it runs on Windows 7 SP1 with no runtime to install. MIT licensed, with Ghostscript bundled under the AGPL.
