A local network scan in the terminal, with IP, hostname, MAC, vendor and latency in a table. Runs on Windows 7 too.

Pairs ICMP ping with the Windows ARP table, resolves hostnames over reverse DNS and identifies vendors by OUI from a database embedded in the executable. Concurrency capped at 32 hosts. It builds twice on purpose: .NET 10 for Windows 10 and 11, and .NET 6 on x86 for Windows 7 SP1, the last modern runtime that still runs there.
